As a proud member of the Accor Group, we are dedicated to delivering unforgettable guest experiences. We are currently seeking a Group Reservations Agent who will expertly manage group bookings and create an amazing first impression, ensuring our high standard of service is consistently upheld.
As a Group Reservations Agent, you’ll expertly handle inquiries, process reservations promptly, and manage payments and inventory with precision. Your role will be to deliver efficient, friendly, and professional service, fully embodying Accor’s values and Heartist Principles.
You’ll set the standard for guest satisfaction and positive interactions, preparing group information, briefing hotel stakeholders, and producing essential reports. Clear communication across departments will be key to your success.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Front Office or Reservations role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated service orientation with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
