General Maintenance Person | Radisson Blu
Job Description
An opportunity has arisen within our Maintenance department for a General Maintenance Person to join our team at theRadisson Blu Resort & Spa, Golden Sands.
The selected candidate will be responsible for keeping the hotel’sfacilities interior and exterior looking in excellent condition at all times.
Key Responsibilities include but are notlimited to:
- Maintains hotel grounds regarding wet trades up to hotel’s standard.
- Reports any faulty or dangerous equipment to the chief engineer and to the seniors in his absence.
- Keep up with the wet trades program issued by the chief engineer.
- Works in a safe manner and maintains cleanliness and order in the hotel’s power plant areas.
- Maintains rooms in optimal operating condition by performing repairs as needed.
- Carry out small repairs on woodwork, painting, plastering and tiles repairs.
- To give a helping hand to other members of the department when the need arises.
The selected candidate will be expected to demonstrate a genuineand positive ‘Yes I Can’ attitude.
