Job Description

  • Monitor front office personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention.
  • Conforms to and enforce policies and procedures as laid down by ACCOR and the Hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
  • Supports, trains, supervises Front Office: Guest Relation, Club Lounge, Concierge team.
  • Drive upselling, VIPs , guest data and loyalty programs.
  • Develop high quality relationship with guest.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience in Front Office Management position with international hotel chain.
  • Proficient in OPERA system.
  • Strong in English communication.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Professional appearance and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong in analytical, problem solving skills, and execution of work.
