"FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST"
Responsabilidades:
- Realizará los procesos de Check-In y Check-Out de acuerdo a los estándares de nuestra compañía.
- Reconocerá las necesidades de nuestros huéspedes durante su estadía.
- Resolverá las quejas de los huéspedes con el más alto nivel de hospitalidad y profesionalismo.
- Asignará cuartos y amenidades.
- Tomará reservas de habitaciones y asistirá al departamento de PBX y de Room Service cuando sea requerido.
Requisitos:
- Estudios terciarios y/o universitarios afines a la industria.
- Experiencia previa en posiciones similares.
- Dominio del Idioma Inglés Avanzado.
- Conocimiento de otros Idiomas (Deseable).
- Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar días y horarios rotativos, inclusive Turno Noche (excluyente).
- Manejo de Sistema Opera (deseable).
- Excelente actitud de servicio, predisposición y cuidado hacia nuestros huéspedes.
