IHG is recruiting global operators to manage all aspects of its business, such as menu registration and reservations, portals and contact services, and to take responsibility for creating a good first impression on customers.

The following is the main part of the daily business.
● We provide guidance on the management of FLONT OPERA STARS, warmly welcome customers, and provide heart-warming customer experience.
● We build deep human relationships between customers and the attendant meetings, and resolve customers’ grievances.
● We will implement regular inspections at Flonto offices and confirm that the first impression is right for customers. We will also explore
new methods to support budget planning and increase the benefits of customer response and app sales for Flonto desks.
PBX ● Manage the team of FLONT DESK employees in multiple professional fields
, including subordinates of customer service desk clerks and others, and take responsibility for crisis response in emergencies.

To apply, candidate must have proper visa or permanent resident qualification in Japan.

● Graduate school is a higher education qualification and is equivalent to this qualification.

● Minimum 3 years of experience in FLORNTO FIFTY and GESTURE SERVICE

● Language proficiency: English and Japanese
