Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Greet all guests with a friendly greeting and utilize company service standards.  Accurately tender all guest checks and keep variances to a minimum. Full-service restaurant server must be able to carry a tray with use of a tray jack and work in a fast-paced environment.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Ability to clean and stock areas; acknowledge, greet and converse in English with customers; respond to visual and oral signs; address the guests with any concerns and questions they may have;  physical dexterity to carry menus, remove dishes, deliver food, deliver beverages, bus tables  and use cash register, answer phones and assist guests with chairs while seating; provide excellent service; use micros terminals with the least amount of voids/issues; work a fluctuating schedule that includes night, weekends, and holidays. 

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:  1 Year experience, Health Card, Alcohol Awareness Card

PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS: Lift up to 40 lbs. Push and pull up to 40 lbs. Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and hear. Dexterity to utilize tools. Walk entire shift. Stand for long periods of time or entire shift. Walk up and down stairs. Work in hot temperatures. Work in cold temperatures. Work in Secondhand smoke environment. Maneuver in confined spaces. Accurate Money/chip handling. Tolerate high noise areas. Tolerate bright lights. Will have guest contact. Work flexible schedules. Understand, read, write and speak English.
