THE JOB:

The Food & Beverage Assistant Manager is responsible for covering time off requests for Restaurant Management at the various outlets at Beau Rivage. During that time, you will be responsible for all aspects of daily restaurant operations for the designated restaurant.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Ensures high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee staff and operations to ensure that service and safety standards are met.
• Assist with ordering inventory and other essential office functions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Has a strong customer service orientation to improve customer experience.
• Wants a challenging and rewarding opportunity in the food and beverage industry.
• Will have strong communication skills needed to interact with staff, management, and customers.
• Has the ability to adapt quickly to different environments, menu offerings, and customer demographics.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in food and beverage operations, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
