Essential duties and responsibilities
- Assist in implementing F&B training initiatives and organizing learning activities
- Organize and deliver culture and services training
- Contribute in designing training courses and creating training materials
- Track learning progress and evaluate learning effectiveness and provide insights for management review
- Support ad hoc tasks or projects as required
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Training role in sizable companies
- Proven experience in the luxury hospitality or service industry is preferred
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate in training, proactive, customer-oriented, flexible and creative
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Competence in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
