Job Description

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing F&B training initiatives and organizing learning activities
  • Organize and deliver culture and services training
  • Contribute in designing training courses and creating training materials
  • Track learning progress and evaluate learning effectiveness and provide insights for management review
  • Support ad hoc tasks or projects as required


  • Bachelor degree holder in Hospitality Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Training role in sizable companies
  • Proven experience in the luxury hospitality or service industry is preferred
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate in training, proactive, customer-oriented, flexible and creative
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Competence in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
