Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for taking telephone reservations and answering written inquiries for our restaurants
- Maintain an accurate and logical filing system for correspondence, relating to bookings and enquiries
- Handle reservations requests according to established procedures
- Measure and analyze booking trends, pickup, no show and source of business for restaurants
- Assist F&B Reservations Manager in ensuring all correspondences for reservations are replied promptly, correctly and professionally
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience in similar positon or in similar capacity
- Have a Telephone Operator experience is a plus
- Form 5 or Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage
- Excellent telephone manner and good communications skills
- Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is essential
