Job Description
Role
We are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Coordinator to join our team of F&B associates at Rosewood London. Our Food & Beverage Coordinator is appointed to provide administrative and project support to the F&B Administration Office to support the Front of House Management team. This office based role offers a schedule of 40 hours spread over 5 working days and plays and integral part in creating memorable guest experiences.
Key expectations of this role are
- Possessing a thorough knowledge of the hotel’s Food & Beverage offering including concepts and its offers from a product perspective.
- Working closely with the Purchasing and Communication team being involved to supervise, launch and support all the new initiatives and upcoming projects
- Taking care of F&B mailing and providing relevant correspondence with Guest queries.
- Assisting with maintaining all standards, policies and procedures for the F&B Division.
- Being involved in training and development programs also running internal audit.
- Effectively communicating and prioritising your tasks in an engaging, refined and intuitive manner.
- Striving to achieve departmental targets.
Profile
- Paying exceptional attention to detail by not comprising on quality standards.
- Building relationships with the Food & Beverage teams and all associates across the hotel.
- Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
- Displaying good communications skills in order to handle guests’ enquiries.
- Having good knowledge of Food & Beverage operations within a luxury hotel.
