Job Description

We are currently looking for an Entertainment Sales Executive to join the Sales team at Rosewood London. Our Entertainment Sales Executive is appointed to provide full administrative and operational assistance to the Entertainment Sales team. This role plays an integral part in positioning Rosewood London as one of the city’s market leaders in the international entertainment segment. 
Key expectations of this role are
  • Assisting with incoming enquiries and being the first point of contact for entertainment sales related enquiries
  • Coordinating and being actively involved in all stays and visits of entertainment clients to ensure a memorable guest experience 
  • Maintaining the relevant aspects of our client database 
  • Working closely with the hotel operations team and be present on the guest floor as and when required
  • Supporting in the planning and execution of junkets and other complex hotel visits
  • The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
  • Being highly organised and proactive in coordinating tasks.
  • Possessing an exceptional level of attention to detail paired with the highest degree of integrity and discretion.
  • The ability to clearly communicate in written and spoken English via several different communication channels.
