 Mission of the position:The Entertainer carries out the set programming following the established standards, committing themselves to achieving excellence in customer satisfaction.

What will you have to do:

  • Promote and carry out the different sports, wellbeing/wellness and artistic programmes according to the set standards.
  •  Support in the implementation of other specialties’ programmes if necessary (children’s programme, teenagers, families and Water Park)
  •  Perform each service according to the set standards and protocols, coordinating the necessary resources for its excellence.
  • Ensure that work areas are in good condition for use and are tidy after use.
  • Control the stock of the necessary material to carry out the programming, ensuring the correct use according to the protocols and requesting them when required.
  •  Place orders for material following the set product guidelines, for the best optimisation of economic resource.

 What are we looking for:

  • Local language (albanian language) and advanced English. A third language would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of sport, wellbeing/wellness and artistic programmes.
  •  Knowledge of hotel management tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Office 365 package.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Vocation for service.
