Job Description

Reports to the Maintenance Manager and Chief Engineer

Works assigned schedule.

Performs all duties and tasks assigned including but not limited to:

Equipment Preventative Maintenance on Building Plant Systems, Fire Life Safety, Water Heating, Water Treatment, HVAC, Lighting, Plumbing, Electrical, Swim Pools & Kitchen Appliances.

Perform Troubleshooting & Repairs to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Water Heaters/Boilers, Pool Systems, Commercial Kitchen Appliances and any miscellaneous support equipment used in the day to day operations of the resort.

Must possess proven skills and experience to perform the aforementioned dutoes and tasks safely and effectively.

The pay scale for this position is between $29.00 and $30.00/hour. This is the pay range for this position that the Hotel reasonably expects to pay.
