We are looking for Director of Spa & Wellness – Gran Melia Nha Trang
Mission:
• Lead and manage all aspects of the spa and wellness’s operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, financial performance, and a rejuvenating experience for guests. This includes overseeing the strategic direction of the spa & wellness, managing and developing a high-performing team, creating innovative spa & wellness programs and packages, and maintaining a serene and welcoming environment.
• Plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth, implementing marketing initiatives, and fostering relationships with guests and vendors.
• Elevate the spa’s reputation, profitability, and guest satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Main responsibilities:
• Leading and overseeing all aspects of spa & wellness operations, including treatment services, facilities, and staff management.
• Developing and implementing strategies to ensure exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction.
• Managing the financial performance of the spa & wellness, including budgeting, revenue generation, and cost control.
• Creating and managing innovative spa & wellness programs, packages, and promotions to drive revenue and guest engagement.
• Collaborating with the marketing and sales team and other departments to develop and execute spa marketing strategies and initiatives.
Main requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree with a strong background in Spa Operations. An enhancement of Spa skills would be advantageous.
• Physical Therapy graduate or a graduate of any medical-related course.
• Proficient in oral and written Vietnamese & English
• Effective Communication and Selling Skills.
• At least 2 years in international hotels in the same position.
