Director of Spa | Rose Wood

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Director of Spa to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Director of Spa oversees the day-to-day operations of the Asaya Spa and fitness area. He/she ensures that the highest standards are adhered to and that guest experience exceeds expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures equipment is maintained in good working order and maintains a high level of safety in the workplace.
• Effectively integrate the Spa within the Hotel Marketing Strategy and to ensure ongoing representation of the Spa.
• Collaborate with the Director of Finance on forecasts, stock levels, requisitions, budget, targets etc. and ensure a par stock level appropriate to business demands.
• Prepares monthly financial and statistical reports, incorporating proposals and recommendations regarding policy and operation at the Spa; taking into account competition, occupancy and usage, market share and achievement of targets.
• Liaise with the Director of Communications in the preparation and development of marketing plans for the year and coordination of all promotional plans and projects.
• Responsible for motivating and driving sales and establishing targets, which are realistic and achievable.
