The Role of Director of People and Culture:

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Director of People and Culture to join our Four Seasons Hotel Tunis team! 

 

This role reports to our General Manager with a dotted line to the Regional Director of People and Culture and will be responsible for leading the People, Culture, and Learning strategy and execution for Four Seasons Hotel Tunis; providing People, Culture, and Learning support with the overall goal being that the hotel is perceived as the Employer of Choice in your destination.

 

You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in your hotel and responsibilities will include championing top talent and actively supporting succession planning, supporting the hotel as a Business Partner, fostering relationships with others as a coach, supporting and driving Corporate People and Culture initiatives, actively supporting recruitment, selection, onboarding and development requirements, evaluating the effectiveness of People and Culture programs and initiatives and analyzing compensation and benefits trends to ensure a balance between cost and employee experience.  You will also be responsible for developing the learning quality and experience on property; delivering workplace learning and development, performance improvement programs, and initiatives to best achieve long-term business success. 

 

Our Ideal Director of People and Culture candidate will have:

Passion for people, talent management, and learning, and will be a Business Partner; strategic, strong business acumen, understanding of operational needs, and the ability to contribute to key strategies and operational decisions for the hotel, a catalyst for change and an employee champion. 

 

Fluency in English, French, and Arabic is a must for this location, along with current eligibility to work in Tunisia.
