Job Description

We are looking for a committed and highly motivated colleague to join our team in February in the following position: Director of Food & Beverage!

We entrust you with:

  • Planning, organization and control of all work processes in the F&B outlets (restaurants, bar, in-room dining and banquet)
  • Creating and updating all SOPs, policies and job descriptions
  • Independent and autonomous management and control of the F&B outlets
  • Ensuring excellent guest experiences with consistent quality
  • Regular training of employees
  • Management and motivation of employees
  • Duty roster and vacation planning; time management
  • Operational supervision of events and guests on site
  • Coordination of orders and deliveries
  • Responsibility for regular inventories
  • Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and quality regulations
  • Close cooperation with the Executive Chef
  • Budget responsibility and cost coordination

What we are looking for:

  • Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience as F&B Manager
  • Host mentality
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Good MS Office skills and knowledge of common F&B systems
  • Hands-on mentality
  • High quality awareness, affinity for luxury
  • Good understanding of numbers
  • High level of commitment and a great sense of responsibility
