Job Description


The Director of Casino Marketing partners with the General Manager in the creation and execution of the overall VIP Marketing Strategy. 


  • Partners in the creation and leads the execution of the Casino Marketing strategy which builds long-term relationships with VIP customers and strengthens brand value.
  • Direct department team member development, training, and evaluation establishing a motivated, professional, and accountable team. 
  • Oversees the development and implementation of new programs to ensure high quality patronage and player migration to VIP from non-VIP through personalized services and attention
  • Responsible for ensuring customer development on the casino floor as well as outside solicitation of guests via personal contact and group affiliations
  • Oversees the creation, development, and hosting of all on-property and off-property events to maintain customer loyalty, develop new players, and re-establish patronage of inactive players
  • Ensures full adoption and consistent utilization of CRM tools and strategies in support of telemarketing; sales and relationship building efforts; player preferences; extension of offers and rewards; and conversion into visitation and increased loyalty
  • Establishes department performance goals, monitoring, and reporting on results for all assigned programs and staff
  • Oversee patron complimentary, credit, and discount procedures in accordance with company policy and profitability standards
  • Assists in the development and implementation of annual Casino Marketing Plan, including Financial Plan
  • Directly responsible for revenue and profit targets, including the detailed analysis and reporting of gaming revenue and associated cost
  • Must be able to successfully manage all casino marketing areas while attaining a progressively increasing scope of responsibility
  • Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks


  • Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field, MBA preferred
  • 5+Yrs Experience in Casino Marketing and or general marketing
  • Must have excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Must be comfortable and adept with public speaking
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
