About the role

Dining Reservations Executive

The Dining Reservations Executive is tasked with responding to guest and referral network inquiries regarding reservations via mail, phone, or various reservation platforms. Additionally, they promote the restaurant as a dining option, provide information to potential guests, and seek opportunities to increase sales through incoming calls. They coordinate reservation details to enhance the overall guest experience and track Private Dining Room availability based on reservations.

Furthermore, they forecast the restaurant's revenue for special events and seating occupancy. The incumbent also possesses knowledge of the restaurant's positioning, location, and layout, as well as basic hotel information. They are familiar with restaurant promotion plans, working closely with Public Relations and updating availability across distribution channels such as OpenTable and other online booking systems.
 

What you will do

Responsible for overseeing dining reservations across all hotel restaurants and bars, managing requests from various platforms including calls, emails, and other dining inquiries from hotel and city guests. Additionally, the candidate will provide support for festive desk operations and may be required to assist with F&B operations as needed.

What you bring

  • Preferably with a Diploma in Hospitality Management or its equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service/call centre, preferably in the Hospitality/F&B industry

  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and handling daily responsibilities

  • Previous experience within Four Seasons  (or a top luxury group) will be an advantage

Schedule & Hours:

This position requires a person with a flexible schedule and the ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends, and holidays
