Job Description

As Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll promote and maintain good public relations in order to maintain the prestigious image of the hotel. You’ll also assist in planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Public Relations activities.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Develops and implements promotional activities by coordinating with involved departments, inviting VIPs and media and issuing press releases
  • Coordinate all activities with the Sales Manager
  • Build rapport and strong relations with employees
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team and various hotel departments to identify opportunities, conceptualize and execute digital marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Accept all complaints, requests and inquiries from both clients and media and liaise with departments involved for handling
  • Coordinate guest lists and invitations for VIP receptions, luncheons and dinners
  • Extend personalized service to VIPs by providing a warm welcome in a different manner to main good public relations
  • Develop hotel gifts and giveaways to give guests higher satisfaction levels • Entertain clients and provide proper customer service
  • Lead the Hotel’s social media strategy, including the creation and maintenance of a social media calendar that drives follower acquisition and engagement via Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn accounts
  • Engage in social media monitoring and daily community engagement activities including prompt handling of queries and feedback
  • Assist superior in the preparation and management of department’s budget including monitoring of departmental costs and inputting into annual budget and sales and marketing plan
  • Drive continued brand awareness online to generate direct leads, traffic targets and revenue in line with business objectives
  • To process quotations and invoices for the department in a timely manner, in addition to general administrative support for the team
  • Supports performance marketing which includes reviewing, implementing and monitoring paid search, display, remarketing, and metasearch campaigns
  • Develop and implement KOL / influencer outreach programmes for Singapore and key source markets
  • Prepare campaign reports, metrices and monitor key indicators to drive social media engagement
  • Plan and develop email marketing (eDM) programs to drive brand loyalty, engagement and conversions
  • Identify trends and insights so as to optimise budget, spend and performance based on the insights
  • Manage content updates across all digital platforms, including brand.com, microsite, public signages, IPTV, landing page creation
  • Supports the implementation of any new corporate, regional or brand initiated digital marketing efforts
  • Update creative assets to augment digital marketing activities with a focus on paid media
  • Share digital marketing best practices key travel industry and consumer trends with internal stakeholders
  • Handles photography, filming and adhoc functions assigned by the direct supervisor

What we need from you

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of digital marketing and/or social media experience.
  • Familiar with digital trends and digital marketing channels/tools.
  • Creative and well versed in social media content development
  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Abobe Lightroom, Video Editing software would be a plus.
  • Excellent written English and oral presentation
  • Self-starter and problem-solver at heart with a can-do attitude
