We are looking for a motivated and energetic Demi Chef de Partie to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.
Job Summary:
- You are responsible for the preparation of mise-en-place of the dishes at your space
- You will be responsible for training new colleagues and promoting, guiding and motivating them
- You are also responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the department
- You conscientiously adhere to hygiene standards at all times
Required Skills:
- You have completed your education as a chef and have experience in luxury hotel industry
- Your job is your passion, which is reflected in the quality of your work and your style
- You are very familiar with Austrian hygiene standards
