Fonctions principales et responsabilité
 

  • Etre capable de suivre les procédures vestimentaires.
  • Etre capable de faire tourner chaque jour chaque poste dans la cuisine.
  • Etre capable d’assister à la création et à la préparation des nouveaux menus et des spécialités.
  • Etre capable de vérifier et de compléter la mise en place de chaque poste.
  • Etre capable de compéter les demandes, d’obtenir les signatures et de les soumettre au département des achats.
  • Etre capable de communiquer avec les Sous-Chef et le Chef Exécutif au sujet des menus, des situations à problèmes et manques.
  • Etre capable de travailler étroitement avec la recette standard et les présentations des plats, afin de maintenir les standards de qualité de production et de présentation.
  • Etre capable de maintenir de bonnes relations de travail avec les autres départements de l’hôtel, en répondant aux besoins si nécessaire.
  • Etre capable de stocker correctement les articles à la fin de chaque shift.
  • Etre capable de maintenir son lieu de travail propre, soigné et organisé en respectant les standards.
  • Etre capable de traiter et de rapporter immédiatement tout incident.
  • Etre capable de mener à bien et de manière professionnelle tous les standards de la chaîne Four Seasons en encourageant les employés à les suivre et les appliquer.
  • Etre capable de faire face à toute situation d’urgence, en terme de sécurité, au sein de l’hôtel.
  • Etre capable d’effectuer toute autre tâche ou projet assigné par la Direction, par un cadre ou par un employé.
  • Etre capable d’être attesté dans les services sanitaires.
  • Etre capable d’avoir des connaissances des standards Four Seasons concernant la nourriture.
  • Appliquer et maîtriser les standards de qualité liés à votre fonction.
