JOB SUMMARY
Deal a procedurally correct, accurate game, while maintaining a good rapport with customers. Create an environment of excitement for guests on dice game to bring back guests for more time on game.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Includes, but is not limited to the following.

  • Apply skill in dealing individual games, providing prompt, accurate and courteous service to customers in accordance with procedure.
  • Practice excellent guest relations
  • Greet guests, answer questions and if they are tracked players, make sure they are well serviced.
  • Protect the security of the game and hand
  • Treat fellow Team Members with respect and courtesy.
  • Name tag, ID badge must be worn at all times during shift.
  • Verify fills and credits to game.
  • Notify floor person of any irregularities in Guest play and transactions during shift.
  • Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to established rules and procedures.
  • Regular, predictable attendance required.
  • Other job related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES

  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Ability to perform basic math.
  • Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
  • Knowledge and ability to deal games.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous dealing experience, preferably two years minimum.
  • Must be 21 and have Nevada Gaming Registration.
  • Must have permit to work in U.S.
