We are currently looking for a Concierge to join our Rosewood Villa Magna team. Our Concierge is responsible for providing personalized assistance and support to our high-end guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Offer personalized assistance and services, ensuring their needs and preferences are met with the utmost attention and care.
Provide information on community amenities, local services, and events. Assist with inquiries and offer guidance on various topics, such as transportation and entertainment.
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure quick and satisfactory solutions.
At all times strive to represent Rosewood Munich in the most professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
