THE JOB  

As a Concierge at the iconic MGM Grand Las Vegas, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

THE STARTING PAY RATE $19.00/hr 

 

THE DAY TO DAY  

  • Professionally and efficiently handle all guest requests via phone, face-to-face interactions, text, email, or fax, promoting and upselling MGM Resorts venues and offerings. 

  • Resolve guest conflicts promptly and anticipate and address any potential challenges to ensure a positive guest experience. 

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, building relationships and representing the company professionally with vendors and guests. 

  • Multitask effectively in multiple operating systems simultaneously to fulfill guest requests. 

  • Stay informed about citywide offerings and establish a professional network within the hospitality community for ongoing knowledge development. 

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures of various departments/entities to facilitate the booking process for guests. 

  • May assist with checking in and out hotel guests as needed 

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE 

  • An enthusiastic individual to join our diverse and unified team, working collaboratively to meticulously manage and execute tasks  

  • Strong communication and organizational skills to ensure effective coordination  

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment  

  • Prior concierge and/or sales experience is a plus  

  • One (1) year minimum experience in a casino and/or hotel  

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED 

  • Proficient computer skills   

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience  

  • Ability to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
