ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work collaboratively with local, regional and national resources to build awareness and increase exposure for the property’s Social Impacts’ initiatives.
- Select the best social impact partnership opportunities for the property based on market conditions and property needs.
- Collateral production for the hotel, including guest letter, signage, residences newsletter, brochures, flyers, newsletters, posters, quarterly e-newsletter etc.
- Overseeing social impact partnerships as well as planning and implementing social impact programmes, including project management and event coordination for Rosewood Hong Kong
- Builds and Strengthens relationship with existing and new social impact partners and related media & influencers to ensure future exposure. Activities include calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, field trips etc.
- Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for group/catering sales opportunities.
- Provides accurate, complete and effective communications to visiting journalists, publicity or promotions related to Social Impact and hotel/residences guest communications.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in public relations or communications; relevant experience in sizeable luxury hotel or agency experience is a plus
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations and/or Languages-related discipline is preferred
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills (English, Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Strategic mind-set and creative thinking
- High standards of professional manner with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills
