Role
We are currently looking for a Communications Coordinator to join the Communications team at Rosewood London. Our Communications Coordinator is appointed to provide full administrative assistance to Communications team whilst participating in activities relating to Public Relations and Marketing.
Key expectations of this role are
  • Assisting with incoming enquiries and being the first point of contact for all internal and external queries 
  • Producing and driving digital content across a variety of platforms 
  • Creating creative stories and packages to generate media interest, followers and ultimately revenue
  • Maintaining the hotels website including the media pages and to push current seasonal/special offers 
  • Supporting in the planning and execution of media events and the coordination of media bookings at the hotel and in the F&B outlets
Profile
  • The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
  • Being highly organised and proactive in coordinating tasks.
  • Possessing an exceptional level of attention to detail.
  • The ability to clearly communicate in written and spoken English via several different communication channels.
