About the role:

The Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru is looking for a Commis I – Western. Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons.
 

What you will do:

  • Assist in creating and preparing menus items and specials.

  • Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.

  • Handle and report any accident immediately, no matter how minor.

  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.

  • Ensuring that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.

  • Following all health and safety protocols in the kitchen

  • Working collaboratively with other members of the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service
