GENERAL MISSION

Assist in all food preparation and help to run the station that he is assigned to efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist supervisor to run the station efficiently
• Obtain requisitioned goods from the storeroom.
• Cleanliness of the kitchen is the higher priority. Including detailed log sheets.
• Control the look and freshness of the food being served to the guests in the outlet.
• Maintain healthy approach to the food offer.
• Control the portion size of the meal served.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stock food items neatly in shelves and fridges.

• Assist in cleaning utensils and equipment.

COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work according to standard recipes.

HUMAN RESPONSIBILITIES

REPLACEMENT AND TEMPORARY MISSION

Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.

• Minimum 1 year of similar experience as Commis 3 or a fresher.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
