*Position based in Tri-state Area*

The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $98,000 annually. This is the pay range for this position that the company reasonably expects to pay. This position also may be eligible for bonuses. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience, type of hotel experience, location, and education.  

THE IMPACT OF THIS ROLE

This role plays an integral part in driving business results and revenue growth for Rosewood

Bermuda and Rosewood Little Dix Bay while maintaining a return on investment on all

marketing funnel initiatives including but not limited to digital initiatives and growing

brand.com channel contribution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overview:

·        Provide strategic regional marketing leadership to two properties and work closely

with each Director of Sales & Marketing to elevate overall marketing performance

with an emphasis on digital performance, share best practices and drive revenue

growth.

• Assist in the development of marketing activities and responsible for the

production of promotional materials, digital / online, website, social media

platforms while ensuring the messaging is in line with the overall Sales &

Marketing plan.

• Maintains property image and aligns with brand and third party marketing

companies to achieve key performance goals and acts at all times as an

Ambassador for both properties and brand.

• Maintains hotel marketing calendar, third party websites, media kit and photo

library including master shots and the hotel image library.

• Attends all Sales & Marketing, Public Relations and Social Media meetings.

• Leadership skills including leading marketing team and implementing strategic

marketing plan as a team.

• Monitor all campaigns for social, digital, and public relations, analyze traffic, and

use key performance indicators as a benchmark for success.

• Assist Director of Sales & Marketing with reporting such as monthly, year end

and annual marketing budget and plan.

• Work with Director of Sales & Marketing on full funnel marketing strategy.

Monitor performance against key performance indicators and make

recommendations for strategy adjustment as needed.

• Digital Marketing:

·        Provide input with property team on development of annual digital marketing

calendar to validate strategy based on need periods and seasonality.

·        Participate in monthly calls with digital agency to help drive strategy for property

performance campaigns, including SEM/SEO, display and paid social.

·        Ensure adherence to Rosewood brand guidelines and voice across all channels

including website, email campaigns and digital advertising.

·        Support achievement of industry and/or Rosewood digital marketing benchmarks

and KPI’s across all channels.

• Email Marketing:

·        Approve property-level email marketing campaign briefs, ensuring that they are

correctly filled out and completed on time, in addition to reviewing test emails for

deployment (*Note: centralized CRM agency develops all email campaigns; no

technical support required)

•Website:

·        Ensuring consistency in website updates to brand.com as well as best practices

with regards to content and merchandising.

·        Monitor brand.com updates and content creation.

• Reporting & Analytics:

·        Review monthly agency and key lever reports to develop insights & optimization

opportunities for properties to action.

·        Support ongoing training and development to ensure digital excellence and the

adoption of the latest trends and technology.

• Social:

  • Maintain social media calendar with relevant content from properties.
  • Review monthly agency reports to develop insights & optimization opportunities

for properties to action.

·        Support ongoing training and development to ensure digital excellence and the

adoption of the latest trends and technology.

Per Property:

·        Participate in performance (digital, public relations and social) agency calls to

provide guidance & recommendations on campaign creative, optimizations, etc.

  • Review and approve email marketing briefs & campaigns
  • Review key lever report to flag any performance issues and provide

recommendations as relevant, including 3rd party platform updates

  • Follow up from agency review on required campaign updates
  • Take the lead with the on site content efforts including photo/video shoots and

creation of social media marketing collateral.

·        Able to visit either property to assist with on-site marketing efforts as

CRITICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Three years of digital/e-commerce experience; previous experience with a

luxury/hospitality brand preferred.

• Thurd party agency or agency management experience preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/communications or related discipline.

• Strong knowledge of the latest digital and hospitality trends and best practices across all

channels including SEO, PPC, display, social and mobile

• An eye for design and brand aesthetic to ensure that all campaign visuals and content

accurately reflect the Rosewood brand in the digital space.

• Highly analytical, strategic-thinking and goal-driven individual. This role is focused on

positive ROI and revenue growth and involves strategic analysis and business acumen to

drive positive results.

• The ability to communicate effectively internally and externally, remaining calm and

resolving problems using good judgement and serving as a subject matter expert within

the field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and project management skills and attention to detail.

• Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels and best practices including social,

digital and email marketing.

• Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics and multi-social posting program.(ie:

Sprout Social)

DEVELOPMENT PATH

This role is for the 2024 calendar year with the opportunity to work closely with the commercial,

digital and revenue teams from both properties and corporate, with the ability to grow global

exposure and leadership for specific channels and support Rosewood’s digital transformation

through elevated and connected digital campaigns.
