Seasonal Job – from March to October


Job Summary:  Supports and assists the Maître, and Restaurant Manager, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards to ensure customers are satisfied with food and beverage services, promoting sales to increase revenues and achieve objectives.


What will you be doing?


  • Detailed knowledge of the menu and being able to articulate enthusiastically.
  • Know the steps of service as outlined in the service manual.
  • Make guests feel comfortable and enhance the guest experience.
  • Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
  • Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Supervise the clearing of tables and mise-en-place necessary for the next course.
  • Monitor and observe guests’ dining experience.
  • Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.

What are we looking for?


  • Fluent in Italian and knowledge of English.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and positive.
  • Enjoy being part of a team.
  • Previous experience in the same position in hotels of similar category.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to find solutions.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and a sparkling personality.
  • Great communication skills, desire to develop and progress in your role.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm are key for this position.
  • The job position include accommodation.
