We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie – Pizzaiolo to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of pizzas using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients. You will work closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure that every pizza that leaves our kitchen is cooked to perfection and exceeds our guests’ expectations.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to recipes and standards.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pizza ingredients.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times.
  • Assist with menu planning and development.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

What do we need from you?

  • Proven experience working as a Pizzaiolo in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of pizza dough-making and pizza-cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications.
