Job Description

We are looking for a committed and highly motivated colleague to join our team with immediate effect in the following position: Chef de Partie Pastry!

We entrust you with :

  • You are responsible for the preparation and mise en place of high-class desserts – whether macarons, cakes, tarts or desserts – patisserie is your world
  • You will be responsible for training new colleagues and supporting, guiding and motivating them
  •  Creativity and personal responsibility in the development of new products
  • You are jointly responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the patisserie
  • You conscientiously adhere to hygiene standards at all times

What we are looking for:

  • You have relevant experience in the patisserie and know how to work with the highest quality
  • Your profession is your passion, which is reflected in the quality of your work and your style
  • You are very familiar with Austrian hygiene standards and live them wherever you go and stand
