About the location:

This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dinning, afternoon tea & bar).
Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Mei Ume Restaurant team.
The Chef de Partie role:
The Chef de Partie assists in the planning, preparation and production for all the items in need on a daily basis. Also ensures the smooth running of the sushi section in order to meet the expectation of our guests and maintain the standards of the kitchen.
