Job Description

Ready for a sizzling career move? You will play a pivotal role in our kitchen working alongside a fantastic team. The food you prepare, cook and serve makes our guests smile and wanting more.

Alongside our Head Chef, you will help lead a diverse team to create an outstanding dining experience for our guests delivering consistent high quality food and an exceptional dining experience.

You will be a creative and focused professional servicing multiple outlets and different types of service from la carte restaurant, bar and in-room dining. 

Qualifications

What we are looking for…

  • An experienced Chef de Partie, preferably with knowledge and experience in Asian cuisine
  • Ability to run your own busy section and remain cool under pressure
  • Creativity for menu development and up-to-date knowledge of current food trends
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Motivation, energy and drive with a passion to learn and grow within the business
  • Experience using a Wok preferred
