As a Cage Cashier, you#39;ll manage monetary transactions with precision and provide top-notch service to our guests. Responsibilities include handling various transactions, cashing checks, redeeming tokens and tickets, and assisting with foreign currency exchanges. You#39;ll also ensure accurate transaction documentation and provide patrons with general assistance. Your is crucial in maintaining seamless operations and exceeding customer expectations.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

  • Execute a variety of essential transactions including frontline entry-level, chip bank, poker, cage credit, and employee bank/window transactions with precision and efficiency

  • Efficiently process various check types for patrons within specified guidelines, while also providing seamless redemption services for chips/tokens, ticket in/ticket out, and Race and Sports tickets, enhancing the overall guest experience

  • Facilitate Marker and Front Money transactions seamlessly on patron accounts while also expertly handling the redemption of all acceptable types of foreign currencies, ensuring convenience and satisfaction for our valued guests

  • Maintain meticulous records of all transactions involving company assets while also overseeing the issuance and surrender of safety deposit boxes, ensuring the utmost security and organization to enhance the guest experience

  • Thoroughly and accurately complete electronic multiple transaction logs, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, proficiently manage manual transaction logs when necessary to ensure comprehensive record-keeping and operational efficiency

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Either a High School Diploma or equivalent experience

  • One (1) year of casino cage experience

  • Gaming License

  • Ability to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
