The Position

You will join a dedicated kitchen team, creating breakfasts fit for a Rocco Forte guest during the busy morning service. A perfectionist with exceptional culinary skills and knowledge of a wide variety of cuisines, you will ensure the breakfast menu is delivered to the highest standards, and to budget. You be capable of self-direction and self-reliance in a busy hotel kitchen – bringing comparable experience in a fine dining environment.

£33,500 gross salary (plus discretionary service charge)
