THE JOB:

As a Bellperson, you will provide excellent customer service and create a safe and friendly environment for employees and guests by assisting guests with taxis, outside transportation, baggage, and personal belongings.  In your role, you will partner with front-of-house staff to create WOW memories the guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Transport luggage and escort guests to and from their assigned rooms and other areas of the property.
  • Answer property questions and provide accurate information regarding rooms, restaurants, M life, casino events, promotions, and directions.
  • Resolve guest complaints.

THE STARTING RATE: 11.75/hour

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Has experience in the hospitality industry or similar environment.
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Able to work varied shifts, to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences.
  • Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression.
  • Can handle multiple tasks at one time.
