Job Description

The role of the Bellperson will be to transport guest luggage to/from guestrooms. Escort guests to rooms and inform guests of all hotel services and features. Responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and follow through attention throughout stay. Thorough knowledge of all hotel services and amenities.
  • Personally meet and greet our arriving guests at curb-side; opening car doors and securing their luggage and personal items prior to check-in.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy and orderly working environment.
  • Give directions to our guests and visitors as it pertains to their specific requests and needs.
  • Being personally responsible for extending farewell pleasantries’ to all of our departing guests.
  • Maintain the decorum and standards of excellence of the Front of House operations at all times.
  • Delivering and collecting luggage upon arrival and departure.
  • Delivery of items to guestrooms.
  • Assist with management of storing guest luggage.
  • Provide shuttle service to guests around the resort.
  • Assist in maintaining the Hotel Guests’ golf cart fleet including detailing of carts and safety checks.
  • Ensuring the Bells and Guests’ golf carts are charged.
  • Other duties as assigned.
