About the location:

About the role
Assisting the entire Concierge team on daily tasks, particularly guest interaction, in order to achieve guest satisfaction and record and follow up Glitch accordingly

What you will do

1. Ensure all local and corporate policies, work rules and benchmark standard are properly applied.

2. Directs guest and visitors to any of the Hotel’s facilities.

3. Transports guest’s luggage to their room in an efficient manner. Stores luggage according to standards. · Escorts guests to their rooms, explaining all in house and room facilities.

4. Directs incoming guests to the check in area while offering to handle any luggage the guest happens to be carrying. · Assists to open and close car doors for guests whenever the opportunity arises.

5. Loads / unloads guest’s luggage for arriving and departing guests. · Assists all guests with luggage storage, ensuring proper handling, storage, security, and procedures are followed.

6. Handles parcel wrapping; · Delivers any other special newspaper that guests may request.

7. Maintains a tidy lobby by checking the general cleanliness and tidiness of the sitting area and entrance.

8. Ensures all messages of any kind are promptly delivered to the guest’s room. 9. Assists to direct traffic in the hotel’s driveway.

10. Ensures that the luggage carts are kept clean, shiny, and orderly at all times. 11. Hails taxis and answers guests’ inquiries. Prevents the entrance of unauthorized or undesirable persons.

12. Opens doors, welcomes, and greets guests and visitors. · Loads / Unloads guest luggage from cars/buses upon arrival and departure. · Keeps the main entrance and driveway neat at all times. · Be aware of all functions and promotions held in the hotel.

13. Work closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

14. Responds to the results of the consumer audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.

15. Ensures guest comments are channeled to the Guest Services Team Leader for follow-up.

16. Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling, transportation, and other services requested by guests.

17. Delivers and picks up guest baggage as assigned by FD GRO and Concierge.

What you bring

EDUCATION: High School education or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE: Preferred one to two years’ experience in related position with Four Seasons or other luxury hospitality brands

Schedule & Hours:

An eight-hour shift must have flexibility in availability to work according to business volume.(early mornings, days, evenings, overnights, or weekends.)
