Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  
Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors.  Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.   Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guest’s wins.  Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting.  Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service.   Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist.  Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and card membership.   Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
 
Transports guest luggage to the room assigned after registration process is complete.  Picks up guests’ luggage upon departure and transports to transportation or delivers for storage.  Informs guests of the Hotel’s facilities, services available, points of interest and entertainment attractions. Takes flowers to guests’ rooms.  Delivers newspapers to hotel rooms.  Delivers and picks up executive laundry.  Assists guests with room changes and maintains room key security.   Participates in maintaining a safe, clean work environment.  Completes required room slip information and submits to Bell Captain after each front.   Informs Captain of guests without luggage.  The Bell Person will also be responsible for storage and retrieval of luggage in the luggage room as assigned by the Bell Captain.  Completes special assignments as requested.
 
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic knowledge of local areas.  Pleasant personality, able to lift heavy pieces of luggage.
