Job Description

We are currently looking for a Bell Captain to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Bell Captain is responsible for welcoming all guests to the hotel as well as a farewell, ensuring all luggage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervision of all bell desk team, activities and also up keeping of desk area.
• Check the daily guest arrival list with special needs.
• Ensure that the Bell desk is always manned.
• Keep the working area, clean and tidy always.
• Ensure smooth and fast baggage handling for all arrival/departure guests.
• Maintain close relationships with Front Office team as well as other departments.
• Attend all guest calls for Bell and Door-related services.
• Delegate Bellman to pick up the baggage from guest rooms.
• For any guest requests follow-up call is to be made back to the guest to verify complete satisfaction.
• Ensure that airport transfers are carried out smoothly and properly.
