Swissôtel Sydney, part of Accor’s international network, have a vacant position within the Porter and Concierge department as Full Time Bell Captain.  

Job Description

About the role:

• Meeting and greeting all guests  at most courteous and efficient service

• Have a detailed knowledge of what’s on in Sydney and its surrounds including transport and movements 

• Promote facilities and venues to generate additional spend towards hotel’s total revenue targets

• Exceptional customer service goes without saying

• Immaculate presentation is a must and monitoring the team is essential

• A problem solver with the capability to turn challenges into opportunities

• Flexibility to work rotation roster including weekend and public holidays

Qualifications

Full NSW Drivers Licence, both Automatic and Manual

Additional Information

About You:

– At least 2 years of  relevant experience 

– Your behavioural qualities include being customer focused, proactive, with a can do attitude, professional, a story teller, collaborative, culturally aware and autonomous 

 

– You are a confident and accountable Concierge Bell Captain, have an eye for detail, are reliable and have great integrity. 

-Ability to work on rotation roster including weekend and Public Holidays.

-Have full time work right in Australia.
