The Balmoral is located at Edinburgh’s most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Our hotel’s majestic clock defines the city’s skyline and since the day we opened in 1902 it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.

The Position

Are you cocktail-savvy, creative, and courteous? Passionate about fine wine and top-shelf spirits? Excited about the idea of getting behind the bar of a world-leading luxury hotel? Then you are the kind of Bartender that Rocco Forte Hotels would like to meet.

As Bartender you will bring with you a thorough knowledge of market-leading wine, spirits, and beers, as well as cocktail-making experience in a quality hospitality environment. An excellent and confident communicator, you will motivate the people around you, working with our Bar Manager to surpass the exceptional standards of service and quality that Rocco Forte guests expect.

In turn, you will be given the support to hone your skills as a drinks specialist, with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development. Ultimately, your insight, commitment, and pride in your work will make you an integral part of the Rocco Forte family.

This role does not support sponsorship for a work permit or visa. Eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory.
