Job Description


• Take coffee orders from guests and the F&B service team.
• Prepare and serve coffees consistently with the hotel standard drink recipe.
• Present drinks menu, make specific recommendation and answer question about beverages.
• Assist in other beverage orders and preparation as required.
• Prepare different kind of latte art for coffees with creativity and style.
• Conduct coffee trainings for the F&B team as required.
• Maintain glasses and other items in attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotional suggestion.
• Responsible for restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
• Clear and reset tables as required.
• Record drinks order accurately.
• Assist in creating and implementing standard coffee recipes for the outlets.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as Barista
• Education: High School diploma.
• General Skills: Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy; follow directions thoroughly; understand a guest’s service needs; work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team; work with minimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
• Technical Skills: Ability to understand guests’ service needs; ability to access and input information into P.O.S. system; ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when preparing drinks and providing service to guests within any given period of time. 
• Language: Required to speak, read and write English, with fluency in other languages preferred.
