    What you will be doing:

    • Consistently offer exceptional, friendly, and engaging service
    • Providing exceptional guest service, and ensuring them to feel welcome.
    • Creating a high-quality espresso beverage and specially drinks to delight our customers.
    • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
    • Knowledgeable about our menu offerings, including coffee beans, brewing methods and food pairings.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Education and Experience:

      • Previous experience as a barista and/or in a similar role within a high-end, fast-pace establishment is preferred.
      • A passion for coffee and proficient barista techniques are essential.
      • Current and valid RSA in SA
    • Skills and Competencies:

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
      • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
      • Professional demeanor with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
    • Personal Attributes:

      • Passionate about coffee and creating memorable experiences for guests.
      • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
      • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
