We are looking for a Barista to join the team here at Aria! Have you ever wondered what it would be like to work in a place full of excitement, diversity, and entertainment? THE JOB:

As a Barista (Fountain Worker), your role involves providing an outstanding guest experience by serving guests at various locations on property. This position requires flexibility as you will be on call and scheduled as needed. You will be responsible for performing all assigned tasks as a Barista at various locations and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.7954/hr plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Take and place orders, serve, and garnish food and drinks efficiently at various locations on the property.

• Handle cash and follow proper procedures for transactions and comps.

• Keep the front and back of house areas clean, including clearing tables, counters, and sweeping the dining area, while ensuring guests are comfortable.

• Pack and complete orders according to guest preferences, including adding any necessary condiments.

• Label and date products following safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignments.

• Unload and stock warehouse orders, keeping storage areas and workstations organized and replenished.

• Address guest complaints within your authority or escalate to management if needed. Report unusual events, missing items, or theft to your supervisor or Security.

• Perform other related tasks as requested.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Previous experience in a comparable role, such as Starbucks, barista, or high-volume food and beverage service.

• Comfortable with cash and credit card transactions.

• Basic computer skills and experience with varied Point of Sale (POS) systems.

• Takes pride in their work.

• Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences.

• Describes themselves as detail oriented.

• Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression.

• Can handle multiple tasks at one time.

• Flexibility to work various shifts/hours as needed per on call requirements.
