Job Description

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  
Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors.  Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.  Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guest’s wins.  Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting.  Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service.  Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist.  Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and card membership.  Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting. 
 
Responsible for filling all requisitions for liquor, fruit, juice, etc. Assures that ice bins, soda tanks, and beer kegs are filled at all times. Assists the bartender by cutting fruit and performing other necessities. Empties and cleans all trash containers on a regular basis. Cleans bar service area to assure all sanitation inspection specifications are met. Responsible for stocking bar service area and supplying equipment and sanitizer for glass machines. Delivers all beverages and necessary supplies to banquet functions. Responsible for collecting and disposing of all bottles, caps, corks and boxes. Packs and returns all liquor, beer, and wine after the end of each function. Completes special assignments for upper management as requested.
 
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
