Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of all aspects of the bar functions in accordance with hotel standards
- Brainstorm new concepts and special promotions
- Provide leadership and direction in the execution and measurement of guest satisfaction to ensure continued growth and profitability
- Prepare, recommend and manage the department annual budgets, forecasts, marketing plans and objectives
- Monitor and manage a team of food and beverage professionals, provide supervision and professional development, counselling and coaching, ensure brand standards and sequence of service components are executed with precision
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 2 years in similar capacity
- Proven managerial abilities in people management, strategic planning and decision making
- Possess strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Strong sense in business acumen and beverage market trends
- High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
