How does your working day look like …
- You’ll be in charge of the restaurant reservations
- You’ll always keep your cool – even when all the guests want a restaurant table at the same time.
- You’ll be a role model to other colleagues from the first “Hello” to the final “Take care, see you soon”
- You’ll offer an attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraints
- You’ll heeds any remarks made by guests and ensures follow-up
- You’ll promote the F&B offer
- You’ll prepare the bookings and special needs as required
- You’ll clean and tidies the outlet and preparation areas after closing
- You’ll organise your work to suit fluctuations in numbers, events and guests
Your experience and skills include:
- You’ve completed your training and have already gained your first experience in the hotel business.
- You’ve have experience in working a nightlife venue
- You have fun working with people, and enjoy making others feel good
- You’re passionate about good food and drinks, and enjoy discovering new concepts
- You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
